At Datavex Cloudnet, we understand that circumstances can change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while protecting both our students and the integrity of our educational programs. This policy applies to all courses, certifications, and services offered through our platform as of January 2025.

We believe in the value of our database management training programs and want every student to succeed. However, we recognize that our courses may not be suitable for everyone, and we've established clear guidelines for refund eligibility.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

30-Day Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of initial purchase or enrollment date. This window allows sufficient time to evaluate course content and determine fit.

Limited Progress

Students must have completed less than 25% of the total course content. This includes video lessons, assignments, and practical exercises.

Valid Reason

Acceptable reasons include technical issues preventing access, course content not matching description, or documented medical/family emergencies.

No Violations

Students with account violations, including sharing login credentials or attempting to download course materials, are not eligible for refunds.

Refund Process

Submit Request

Email [email protected] with your order number, enrollment details, and reason for refund request. Include relevant documentation if applicable.

Review Period

Our team reviews your request within 5-7 business days. We may contact you for additional information or clarification during this period.

Decision Notification

You'll receive an email notification regarding the approval or denial of your refund request, including detailed reasoning for our decision.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 10-15 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Payment Method Considerations

Refund processing times vary depending on your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • Digital Wallets (PayPal, etc.): 3-7 business days after processing
  • Bank Transfers: 10-15 business days after processing
  • UPI Payments: 2-5 business days after processing

Non-Refundable Situations

Certain circumstances do not qualify for refunds under our policy:

  • Completion of more than 25% of course content
  • Requests submitted after the 30-day window
  • Dissatisfaction with course difficulty level or time commitment
  • Changes in personal schedule or priorities
  • Technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device compatibility)
  • Free courses or promotional content
